Potomac River Half Marathon!!

We did it!! Race day finally came and it was so much fun! Today I ran my first race of the season, and I was able to recruit some good friends to do it with me. We got up at the crack of dawn and everything about the race was perfect, we had great timing all day and a great fan club to greet us at the finish!! Ryan has been so great with all the support he gives me with my running. I look forward to my upcoming races, and I am glad I got to introduce some of my friends to the wonderful world of running. They both did so great, and I think they might be hooked!:} Or at least I hope because running is so much more fun when in good company!!

Congrats on your run. You've got races all lines up. Will your next one be in Utah? I can't believe Sean is sitting. Jacob could care less about sitting. I think he'll crawl before he sits.

Love the sweatbands! You are so awesome. I remember going running with you once in highschool and I got a sideache and you made me hold my arms up and run through it! Now, I'm running the provo River woods 1/2!! WHOOOOOAAAAA!

Hey Em, congratulations! I am so hooked too! I am running the Bryce Canyoun 1/2 marathon in July. Unfortunatly, my name didn't get chosen to run the St. George. What a bust, but there is always next year!
